Exercise Does Help Weight Loss
Today I will be discussing exercise and how it can help you lose weight along with your new meal plan. One thing to note is that exercising without changing your eating habits does no good. If you exercise 2 to 3 times per week then stuff yourself with junk foods everyday like Pizza, and cheeseburgers then it was for nothing.
So what kind of exercising can be done to help you lose weight? Well if you are the kind of person who has lots of extra time then signing up for a gym is a good idea. Heck even only a few hours of the gym will help you shed off weight faster alongside your new meal plan. If you do go to the gym and your goal is weight loss than get on the treadmill or the bike. Other equipment is useless as they are just to build muscles.
I understand that a lot of people though don't have the time or money to be able to go to a gym. Well guess what? That's okay, you can do something else. All you need is 15 to 20 min per day! Yep you heard right just walking for about 15 to 20 minutes can help you sweat and shed fat.
If you don't like to be outside that is fine too. That's whats good about flexibility you have the option to lose weight the way you want too. Instead you can just do jumping jax at home or run in place. The point is be creative and all you need is to spend 15 to 20 min per day.
As long as you stick to your new meal plan you have created to be healthy and lose weight you don't have to exercise if you don't want too. But it is an option if you want to lose weight quicker for whatever reason. If you want you can just stick to dieting but eating healthier and that is okay too. You are the boss, and you are in control of yourself. Do what you feel is right to reach your goal of losing weight and feeling better. Next time I will talk about Certain foods that you can eat so you can lose weight.
P.S> By now you should be losing weight and feeling better about yourself. Self confidence comes when you lose weight! When you gain this confidence it forces you to continue to lose weight!!!

Avoid Weight Loss Products At All Costs!
Weight Loss Products Don't Work
Today I will be talking about weight loss products, and why they should be avoided. We have all heard about the promises about taking diet pills, and diet drinks to make all your weight problems go away. Pitch after pitch each commercial tells you why you should buy that companies weight loss product. In this article I'm going to lay down the truth.
When you buy those diet drinks or diet pills they claim to make you full, and control your hunger. In essence that's not what they do they leave your stomach empty, making you even more hungry. Why would they do this? Honestly they don't care about your diet or your well being, they just want your money. They are a corporation they are just interested in profit. Don't you feel it when you drink a diet drink? One hour later your stomach gurgles and you feel hungry. The truth is you need food, don't focus on weight loss products.
What happens with weight loss products is that you only do those throughout the day, but you end up being hungry. One week later you gain all the weight back, and then some! They all claim to have the magic to make you lose weight. The truth is the only way to lose weight is to be in control of yourself.
So how do you control yourself? Easy, you put good vitamins into your body. You eat right, and avoid fatty foods! That's the secret to losing weight, this promise of doing a weight loss diet is just a sham so corporations can make profit. I'm not gonna go into any specific company but most of these companies make anywhere from $200 million to $400 million per year on consumers. With all that money do you think they are in it to help people? Their products make you think you can lose weight so you continue to buy, but the problem is you still remain hungry.
What happens is people take the product then remain hungry. So they go back to eating junk foods to fill up, and the cycle of buying weight loss products continue. These companies just want your profit, if they were honest they would tell you to accompany their products with vegetables and other healthy meals.In conclusion it is up to you as an individual to change eating habits. That's what will make you lose weight. This promise of weight loss products is just an illusion for corporate profit. Time Of Reckoning Has Arrived, Time For Limits
TIME TO SET LIMITS
By now you have decided that you have an eating problem and want to lose weight. You have also figured out that binge eating creates a slippery slope of never being full and gaining weight. In todays article it is now time to change your habits completely.
The first thing you need to do is give up fast food. Not completely I will explain, but fast food has to be put on hold for 6 days. When I say to set limits I am talking about eating only 3 times a day: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. The whole point I mentioned above is that you don't have to give up fast food forever. Just create one day where you eat Fast food only once a week. What I liked to do is make Saturday the day I would eat Fast food only once that day at night.
Why is it important to eat only 3 times a day? Good question because I have a good answer. When you eat only 3 times a day you train your stomach to only want to eat that many times a day. Try it for one week and you will notice that you will no longer want to eat snacks in between anymore. By eliminating snacks, and only eating 3 meals a day you will start to lose weight fast. At first it may be tough so if you do want to eat a snack eat something healthy like an apple or a Banana.
Nobody is telling you to starve yourself. What you have to do is change how you eat. For example instead of buying white bread at the store, switch to eating whole wheat bread. Not only is whole wheat bread healthier, it fills up your stomach faster. Eat one sandwich with wheat bread and notice how you will not feel as hungry as when you eat one white bread sandwich only. Another example is cutting out fat foods, get rid of the frozen foods with a lot of fat, and saturated fats. With those you will never lose weight!
So you might ask me what can I eat if I work a lot and can't cook green beans, or spinach/rice etc.? Limit the food but eat organic foods. Buy organic almond butter or Peanut butter and put it on whole wheat bread. If you are still hungry after that add a banana. In the morning eat organic cereal with hardly any sugar in it, mix it with almond milk or Fat free milk.
The whole point is to continue to eat 3 times a day and foods you like but substitute with non fat alternatives( or foods with low fat like 3 to 5% or less). When it comes to drinks, drink only water or low sugar fruit juices. Sodas need to go completely. About Diet no, Diet sodas have shown to make your stomach feel not full and cause you to eat more. Water only, some fruit juices with 1 to 2% juices is okay.
It is hard at first yes, but if you try this change for one week (7 days) to 2 weeks (14 days) you will notice a difference right away. If you follow this and change your eating habits I know you will feel much better that you were able to change, also you will feel much better about yourself. Slippery Slope Of Binge Eating
Binge Eating Needs To Stop
If you are reading my articles this is the 2nd step to change your diet and turn your life around. Today's article falls on binge eating, meaning eating a lot after you have severe depression. Why is this important to learn? Many people don't realize it, but they tend to gorge down a lot of food when they feel depressed.
What you need to do here is substitute the binge eating with some other activity when you get depressed. Understand that when a depressive event happens, binge eating is not healthy and only helps temporarily. Instead bring back joy to your life, watch a show on Netflix instead, go out and walk/jog outside to clear your mind. Many people get depressed, go home and eat a whole jug of ice cream. Imagine if you get depressed everyday, this is what I am talking about as the slippery slope of binge eating.
You continue to do this habit so much you get used to it. Think about having a depressive mood each day, and going to go eat a super size big mac at a fast food burger joint each day. You can gain 5 to 10 pounds each week just on binge eating. Cutting this out is your next step to starting to lose weight. Go ahead and try it! It will be tough at first but if you replace binge eating with a tv show or movie to cheer you up, you will see a change in no time. Heck try any hobby that will help you!!

Change Your Mind To Allow For Weight Loss
Change Your Mindset
The first thing you need to do is change your thinking completely. Of course it is easier said than done, but you have to wake up to reality. If you continue to eat unhealthy put yourself in front 20 to 30 years from now. You may not live long enough to see your children's weddings, to be able to travel after retirement, or have time to live to your life to the fullest.
Why allow food to overcome the best of you, and end your life early? As with many things the first step to solving your weight problem is admitting you have a problem. If you are able to do this that is the first step to change your thinking pattern.
The mind is hard to overcome because you are in a battle against yourself with a very addictive difficult subject. But you do have control of your own body, and you can make the decision to turn your life around. Don't just say " Oh I have Diabetes so who cares" or " I'm too fat to change now" this kind of thinking limits what you can do.
Remember negative feelings turn into more binge eating, you have to take the first step and say today is the day that I will change my eating habits, and turn around my life forever. Weight loss will not be easy, and anyone that tells you that is kidding themselves. Just know though that it is possible, and with a change in your mindset you can achieve it.
