Drinking Only Water Does Help You Lose Weight
When you only drink water it is definitely possible to lose weight. Water is essential to your body, it is the main component you need to have in order to function. But how can only drinking water make you lose weight? I have experienced this phenomenon, I used to think that drinking diet sodas was the way. Truth be told, Diet sodas actually make your body retain weight. They don't help you lose weight. Even then you don't want to guzzle down sodas like crazy. That doesn't mean you have to stop entirely either.
What you need to do is think of a plan and set the right frame of mind and stick to that plan. You know how teachers make plans for their classroom for the year? How Doctors know there schedule ahead of time? etc. All this planning allows teachers, doctors and many others to be successful. The same can be said about dieting and losing weight. In other words, do it the right way.
What you need to do first of all is just drink water day in and day out. If you can do this for two weeks, try it, and you will see that you can shed at least 5 to 10 pounds immediately. That is because the first portion of weight in your body is water weight. But if you drink Soda, and other sugar drinks your body will retain that weight. Also sugar adds to your weight. That means no matter how much dieting you do in terms of reducing food intake, it will mean nothing if you consume soda. Try it for a few weeks and when you see it is working you can continue your plan.
How do you drink only water and not go insane? That's easy really. Remember the plan I spoke about before? Set one day of the week, could be a Thursday, Saturday, don't matter the day, as long as its only once a week to drink a soda. I like to do it when I go to the movies there I will drink one large soda, and that keeps me satisfied for the whole week. The trick is to only drink soda once a week to keep yourself from having to go back full time on it. As long as you set your plan and stick to it you will be fine.
The main thing that I always talk about is determination and recognition. First you have to have the determination to set your schedule and stick to it. Secondly, you have to must have admiration for yourself after a few weeks. When you see yourself lose the first 5 or 10 pounds it creates a "tumbling" effect. You see that losing weight is possible, therefore you want to lose even more. Try this plan out and see if it works for you. Nobody should be stuck in the sugary drink loop. Now is the time to take back your life and fix what you don't like about it. There is no time to complain about being overweight. Time to make a plan and stick to it. You will be surprised with the results.

Is A Personal Trainer Worth Your Time And Money?
Why A Personal Trainer Won't Help You Much At All
Many people ponder and wonder if a personal trainer worth the money and time? We are here to tell you to steer clear of personal trainers. Look its great that they are trying to make a living in the real world but a person wanting to lose weight doesn't need a personal trainer.
For starters a personal trainer wants money and a lot of it. Some good personal trainers cost between $150 to $250 a month, quite possibly more. The first problem is that personal trainers will first probably make a schedule of what kind of foods you should eat. Lets break this down quickly. You don't need a personal trainer to tell you what foods you need to eat to lose weight. You as a person already know what you should and shouldn't be eating to lose weight. It's just a matter of overcoming your anxiety to eat junk foods and mindset. You don't need a personal trainer to tell you and even then your personal trainer doesn't come home with you so you may fall victim to eating junk foods anyways.
So if not for changing your mind will a personal trainer help you lose weight? That's all up to you because you are the one who has to make the determination to go to the gym. Once again the personal trainer probably has many clients and they will not take the time to call you to see how you are doing? Like any other profession they are in it for the money most of the times. Now before anyone gets offended there are those few who love to help people as well just because but the majority do it for the money as a profession. Remember the money problem we mentioned above? Well you don't even get your moneys worth because that $150 or $250 a month may only get your 4 to 5 sessions (days) with each session lasting 30 to 40 mins maybe. As a person that goes to the gym you could probably do better by going more often then by working out with a personal trainer.
Even in your sessions with a personal trainer many will say they are pushed to workout harder. Why do we need someone else to tell use how hard we can workout? If you are willing to lose that weight with serious determination you will find a way to workout harder. If not then it just means you are not that serious about losing the weight. As we have mentioned in previous articles its all about your thinking process and mindset. If you say " I will lose this weight" and believe what you are saying then you can easily do it. You don't need a personal trainer to babysit you to tell you this.
What needs to be done is what I have written thus far in previous articles. First change your mindset on the way you eat, because that will be the first step to starting to lose weight. Instead of eating a doughnut or cinnamon roll for snacks maybe start eating banannas or apples. Secondly admit you have a problem and that you want to change. Without admitting you have a problem you can't hope to conquer it. Finally take the time and effort to go to the gym and workout on a certain schedule. But make sure to keep your schedule with the gym and not lose sight on the ultimate goal. Finally when you go the gym set yourself a goal. Say that you won't leave until you do 5 miles on the bike, 100 situps, etc. Make a list and force yourself to keep the same routine. With all this you can definitely achieve your goal of losing weight without the need for a personal trainer. A personal trainer is not worth your time or money. Don't Over Work Yourself At The Gym Otherwise You Will Hinder Schedule
The previous post talked about the importance of sticking to a gym schedule. While it is important to maintain your gym schedule its also important to set the right kind of goals. By that I mean you have to set a few days but make sure that you don't go overboard. For instance you want to go maybe 3 times a week to the gym or possibly 4 but leave yourself some days to rest a little bit. Rest is important because your body needs to recover. If you just spend everyday , every week at the gym then your body will eventually give out. This will lead to other problems that you don't want to deal with. Such problems are hurt muscles, tiredness, and the motivation of going to the gym will be gone.
In addition to setting days to rest when you go the gym work hard of course but don't overdo it. In other words don't spend a few hours on one machine working one part of your body. Move around the gym to each machine working on reps then moving on the next one. This way you work all parts of your muscles and body and don't end up hurting yourself. For instance if you just go and work your chest the entire time at the gym you will start to feel soar afterwards. In addition limit the hours you are at the gym. Don't go into the gym and stay for like 3 hours without resting. Make a time you will go and stick with it. Say you will go about 3 times per week for one hour and a half each time as an example.
Going to the gym is part of the solution to losing weight because it is said that building some muscles on your body helps you burn fat. Although as mentioned in previous posting in reality you also have to change the way you eat. If you can successfully build muscles and eat differently then you will see how much weight you can lose. Losing weight is a building process that takes time. You must start back with my first post which is to change your mentally before you can succeed. Admitting you have a weight problem and changing your mentally is the first most important step to losing weight. It is like the first step needed before you can advance to later stages. Understand that results won't come quickly but if you stick with your diet and gym schedule then know you will one day achieve success and feel better for it.

Gym Time - Make Sure To Stick To a Schedule
Keep Your Gym Schedule The Same
There are many times When you say to yourself I am gonna stick to a gym schedule and then you end up not meeting that goal. This is where you continue to fall because you set yourself up with a schedule that you don't stick too. Why is this gym schedule so important?
Well because it is the basis for burning your calories and fat off. As an example lets say you decide to go to the gym 3 times a week for one hour a day. Great, you set your schedule for the gym but then you only end up going 2 days for one hour a day. Why is this a problem? This creates a fallacy that I like to call the "slippery slope of time management" fallacy. What this means is that you say to yourself well I'm tired today and I'm not gonna go today but will go the other 2 days as I have stated.
The problem with that is that it creates a slippery slope of time management. This is because missing one day becomes missing 2 days then ends up being missing the entire week without going to the gym. If you are serious about losing weight you are gonna have to stick to your schedule no matter what. Nobody said that losing weight would be easy, but if you really want it you have to be persistent with your schedule.
Even if you do keep your schedule of going 3 times per week then you must keep your time set. So if you say you will go the gym for one hour each day that's what you must abide by. Just make sure you do what you really want to do. Write it down and then grab a calendar and mark down all those days and times you would like to go and stick with that. If you decide to go off tangent then you will start to see a decline in the amount of times you decide to go to the gym. Follow that simple rule and your gym days will feel like a goldmine for you.

Exercise And Its Importance To Your Weight Loss
Exercise Does Help Weight Loss
Today I will be discussing exercise and how it can help you lose weight along with your new meal plan. One thing to note is that exercising without changing your eating habits does no good. If you exercise 2 to 3 times per week then stuff yourself with junk foods everyday like Pizza, and cheeseburgers then it was for nothing.
So what kind of exercising can be done to help you lose weight? Well if you are the kind of person who has lots of extra time then signing up for a gym is a good idea. Heck even only a few hours of the gym will help you shed off weight faster alongside your new meal plan. If you do go to the gym and your goal is weight loss than get on the treadmill or the bike. Other equipment is useless as they are just to build muscles.
I understand that a lot of people though don't have the time or money to be able to go to a gym. Well guess what? That's okay, you can do something else. All you need is 15 to 20 min per day! Yep you heard right just walking for about 15 to 20 minutes can help you sweat and shed fat.
If you don't like to be outside that is fine too. That's whats good about flexibility you have the option to lose weight the way you want too. Instead you can just do jumping jax at home or run in place. The point is be creative and all you need is to spend 15 to 20 min per day.
As long as you stick to your new meal plan you have created to be healthy and lose weight you don't have to exercise if you don't want too. But it is an option if you want to lose weight quicker for whatever reason. If you want you can just stick to dieting but eating healthier and that is okay too. You are the boss, and you are in control of yourself. Do what you feel is right to reach your goal of losing weight and feeling better. Next time I will talk about Certain foods that you can eat so you can lose weight.

Weight Loss Products Don't Work
Today I will be talking about weight loss products, and why they should be avoided. We have all heard about the promises about taking diet pills, and diet drinks to make all your weight problems go away. Pitch after pitch each commercial tells you why you should buy that companies weight loss product. In this article I'm going to lay down the truth.
When you buy those diet drinks or diet pills they claim to make you full, and control your hunger. In essence that's not what they do they leave your stomach empty, making you even more hungry. Why would they do this? Honestly they don't care about your diet or your well being, they just want your money. They are a corporation they are just interested in profit. Don't you feel it when you drink a diet drink? One hour later your stomach gurgles and you feel hungry. The truth is you need food, don't focus on weight loss products.
What happens with weight loss products is that you only do those throughout the day, but you end up being hungry. One week later you gain all the weight back, and then some! They all claim to have the magic to make you lose weight. The truth is the only way to lose weight is to be in control of yourself.
So how do you control yourself? Easy, you put good vitamins into your body. You eat right, and avoid fatty foods! That's the secret to losing weight, this promise of doing a weight loss diet is just a sham so corporations can make profit. I'm not gonna go into any specific company but most of these companies make anywhere from $200 million to $400 million per year on consumers. With all that money do you think they are in it to help people? Their products make you think you can lose weight so you continue to buy, but the problem is you still remain hungry.
What happens is people take the product then remain hungry. So they go back to eating junk foods to fill up, and the cycle of buying weight loss products continue. These companies just want your profit, if they were honest they would tell you to accompany their products with vegetables and other healthy meals.In conclusion it is up to you as an individual to change eating habits. That's what will make you lose weight. This promise of weight loss products is just an illusion for corporate profit. Time Of Reckoning Has Arrived, Time For Limits
TIME TO SET LIMITS
By now you have decided that you have an eating problem and want to lose weight. You have also figured out that binge eating creates a slippery slope of never being full and gaining weight. In todays article it is now time to change your habits completely.
The first thing you need to do is give up fast food. Not completely I will explain, but fast food has to be put on hold for 6 days. When I say to set limits I am talking about eating only 3 times a day: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. The whole point I mentioned above is that you don't have to give up fast food forever. Just create one day where you eat Fast food only once a week. What I liked to do is make Saturday the day I would eat Fast food only once that day at night.
Why is it important to eat only 3 times a day? Good question because I have a good answer. When you eat only 3 times a day you train your stomach to only want to eat that many times a day. Try it for one week and you will notice that you will no longer want to eat snacks in between anymore. By eliminating snacks, and only eating 3 meals a day you will start to lose weight fast. At first it may be tough so if you do want to eat a snack eat something healthy like an apple or a Banana.
Nobody is telling you to starve yourself. What you have to do is change how you eat. For example instead of buying white bread at the store, switch to eating whole wheat bread. Not only is whole wheat bread healthier, it fills up your stomach faster. Eat one sandwich with wheat bread and notice how you will not feel as hungry as when you eat one white bread sandwich only. Another example is cutting out fat foods, get rid of the frozen foods with a lot of fat, and saturated fats. With those you will never lose weight!
So you might ask me what can I eat if I work a lot and can't cook green beans, or spinach/rice etc.? Limit the food but eat organic foods. Buy organic almond butter or Peanut butter and put it on whole wheat bread. If you are still hungry after that add a banana. In the morning eat organic cereal with hardly any sugar in it, mix it with almond milk or Fat free milk.
The whole point is to continue to eat 3 times a day and foods you like but substitute with non fat alternatives( or foods with low fat like 3 to 5% or less). When it comes to drinks, drink only water or low sugar fruit juices. Sodas need to go completely. About Diet no, Diet sodas have shown to make your stomach feel not full and cause you to eat more. Water only, some fruit juices with 1 to 2% juices is okay.
It is hard at first yes, but if you try this change for one week (7 days) to 2 weeks (14 days) you will notice a difference right away. If you follow this and change your eating habits I know you will feel much better that you were able to change, also you will feel much better about yourself.
